We are delighted to welcome you to enjoy our multiple spaces at Barras Art and Design, we have a number of safety precautions in place to keep you and our staff safe - part of these precautions are our booking conditions - we ask you to read the following before you book and help us all to be able to come together once again.

Outdoors:&nbsp;Up to 15 people can meet from 15 different households. Alcohol can be served outside. Any groups over 15 (two seperate bookings) will not be sat together.

2 Hours on tables - maximum of 2.5 hours upon request.

Indoors: &nbsp;Up to 10 people can meet from 4 different households, maximum time slot 2 hours. Alcohol can be served outside. Any groups over 10 (two separate bookings) will not be sat together.

Children under the age of 12 do not count towards the total number of people - if you do have children joining you on your booking (over 8 years) please let us know in the booking notes.

Reservations &amp; Deposits:

Please book online, if you wish to dine inside BAaD but join us for a drink outside either before or after your inside booking please drop us a note in the booking notes and we will do all we can to accommodate. A small deposit of £5 per table is taken at the time of booking - we will then give you a card on arrival to redeem against your spend. Gift Cards are also available to buy for any amount you wish.

All tables are permitted to stay for 2 hours inside and 2.5 hours outside, a host will greet and seat you and let you know how things will work and we’ll accommodate you longer if we can but cannot guarantee. Please note we cannot allow back to back bookings, if we can accommodate you longer on the day we will endeavour to do so.

&nbsp;

All deposits are non refundable and can only be transferred to another date with 48 hours notice of the date originally booked. We’ll be holding some space for walk up bookings, For walk ups we will be taking a lead booking name and contact details for track and trace purposes..

Please ensure the lead name on the booking is present on arrival to allow us to seat you promptly for full advantage of your booking time.

&nbsp;

Where possible please try to arrive with the rest of your group

&nbsp;

If you’re running late, we’ll hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes, after that it may be given away to waiting guests. If you arrive 10 minutes late, that time will be lost from your 2 hour booking. You can call us on <a href="tel:0141 552 4931">0141 552 4931</a>.

Keeping you Safe:

We have hand sanitiser stations, fully trained teams, contactless payment, socially distanced loos sanitised every 30 mins and table cleans prior to each seating.

&nbsp;

If you feel unwell please stay home.&nbsp; The most important symptoms of COVID-19 are recent onset of any of the following:

a new continuous cough

a high temperature

a loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia)

&nbsp;

Masks &amp; Social Distancing:

Please wear a mask at all times when moving around BAaD - both inside and out.

&nbsp;

Outside Bookings:

For outside bookings Please wear what’s appropriate for the weather, we will try to give you as much cover as possible but we can’t guarantee it will be warm or 100% dry.

Card payments only (Except for Scran n Swally), If you’d like to leave the BAaD Team a tip, just ask your server and you can use your card, tips are also welcome as cash - we thank you for your support of our team.

BAaD operates a one way system at all times, this is to protect our guests and staff - please follow signage.

Track &amp; Trace:

We will use your booking information as information for the Track &amp; Trace system - please ensure your information is up to date and correct. (Lead booker takes responsibility to contact all guests)

Multiple Table Bookings:

Please avoid multiple table bookings for groups, restrictions are in place to help prevent large groups from mixing - the BAaD team have the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

&nbsp;

BAaD is a child &amp; dog friendly venue, please let us know if you will be joined by children or dogs to help us find you the perfect spot to enjoy.

&nbsp;

Under 18s only permitted with an&nbsp;adult (over 21).
